The site works fine overall, but it can feel a little clunky. Some things aren’t easy to find, so I end up spending more time looking around than I expected

I got my appointment set up quickly, which was nice. No issues at all, thankfully — always a pleasant surprise when something that should be simple actually is.

It’s easy enough to use for the most part. Every now and then it feels a little slow or kind of laggy, but overall it works fine for me.

The actual care was fine, no real complaints there. The frustrating part was trying to sort out insurance with rwjbh. Some of the info online was useful, but you’d think it would be straightforward to know what’s covered and why a bill shows up later. I still had to call a couple of times to get answers. The staff I spoke with were polite, but the explanations weren’t always clear. Overall, not awful, but definitely could’ve been easier.

I guess I was just expecting the check-in process to be smoother, but after I checked in, I still ended up waiting quite a while. The site made it seem like it would be easy, so I was a bit surprised. It wasn’t terrible, but yeah, it did feel slow and kind of frustrating...

I’ve dealt with other places before where I had to chase down records and follow-up appointments myself, so I appreciated that their care team helped coordinate everything and made sure the right doctors got what they needed. A couple of the phone calls took longer than I would’ve liked, but overall they kept things moving and I didn’t feel like I was on my own. I’d use them again

I used rwjbh.org to get my medical records, and while it did work eventually, the whole process felt more annoying than it needed to be. It took me a while just to find the right page, and the login was slow. They make it sound like getting your records will be simple and straightforward, but that promise felt a little vague once I was actually trying to do it. I got what I needed in the end, but it definitely wasn’t a smooth experience.

I called about my appointment, i thought the phone support was really good. The woman I spoke with was patient and explained everything clearly, and she helped me sort it out quickly. For me, it was an easy, no-stress experience.

Overall, I had a good experience. The nurses and front desk staff were genuinely kind and helped me feel a lot less nervous. You could tell they were actually paying attention to people instead of just trying to move everyone along as fast as possible. The wait was a little longer than I would’ve liked, which is why I’d give it 4 stars, but i’d rather wait a bit and be treated with care than feel rushed and ignored.

Overall, the communication was okay. The doctor was polite and seemed knowledgeable, which I appreciated, but a few things weren’t explained as clearly as I would’ve liked. I left with a general idea of what was going on, but I still had some questions afterward.

For me, the hospital was mostly clean, so I can’t really complain too much. But the bathroom on my floor definitely needed more attention, and that bothered me while I was there. It wasn’t awful or anything, just not as nice as I would’ve hoped. Overall, I’d say it was average from my experience.

I had a really good experience with the follow-up care from rwjbh. After my appointment, they called to check in and see how I was doing, and they just made sure I understood my meds and what I needed to do next.
It didn’t feel rushed at all, which I really appreciated. Setting up my next visit was easy too, and it just felt like they actually cared about how I was doing. Definitely 5 stars from me.

After a little while, I realized the staff was actually really warm, the nurses were kind, and the doctor took the time to listen instead of rushing me through everything

I went to the ER earlier this week and thought I’d be waiting forever, but they got me help quickly. From the time I checked in to when I was seen, everything moved faster than I expected. The nurses were really kind and made me feel a lot more comfortable during a stressful night.

Am I the only one who always looks over the bill just to be sure? Mine was mostly right, but I did notice one small billing issue. Nothing major, just something that needed a quick fix.

I looked up the costs before making my appointment, it was a lot less confusing than I thought it would be. The page layout wasn’t perfect, sure, but the pricing and billing info were laid out clearly enough for me to understand.
